What makes Ultimate Pacing different from other pacing courses?

Ultimate Pacing is EVERYTHING you need to know about pacing.

It’s a practical guide, so everything is rooted in actions you can take, rather than just theory. It also considers one of the most important parts of pacing – your emotions! Grief, loneliness, the need for joy… it all contributes to how you pace! This course will get you feeling ready to pace rather than ‘push through’ or give into the pressure others put on you.

With short, digestible videos and personalisation tools, it’s designed for us Spoonies with brain fog and fatigue. Written by someone who lived it for over a decade and understands the harsh realities of surviving debilitating illness.

Ultimate Pacing consists of 17 short videos, a guide to easy meditation practice, and 30 ‘personalisation’ documents. The personalisation docs are clear guides and prompts to help you personalise the content to your needs, symptoms and preferences (when do we ever get our preferences met when living with chronic illness?)

Accessible via a user-friendly login (on desktop or the Heartbeat app!), the course has bite-sized videos and concise materials so you can absorb it through the fog and work through at your own pace. 

Once you’re signed up, you will have a minimum of one full year of access to Ultimate Pacing. I have a pet peeve with ‘lifetime access’ offers, because they only last for as long as someone is in business. You will have access to the course for as long as this platform is up and running – but if the worst happens and I have to stop doing what I love (helping others) – then I commit to paying for this platform for at least a year after you purchase the course so that you can access it.

I really understand you wanting to know this, because in an ideal world, this shouldn’t cost you. I struggled with the idea of charging money, especially to this community of kind, intelligent people who have to fight for every scrap of support.

Honestly? I need to pay my bills. I try to minimise the costs of running Chronic Fatigue Companion, but I still have to survive. Charging more means I can do this full time and help more people.

I do my best to offer as many free resources as I can: on Instagram, written articles and blogs, videos, and free products to give back to the community.
